New Haven Beantown Bean Pot

New York, New Haven & Hartford Beantown pattern bean pot

These “Beantown” pattern bean pots were used by the New Haven from the late 1950’s until the New Haven merged into Penn Central in 1969.  While the name and logo are crudely applied,  these bean pots represent some of the unique features of dining on the New Haven, especially Boston style baked beans.  The manufacturer of this piece is unknown. It measures about 4 inches high and 3 inches wide.  Overall in excellent condition.
